We Expect All Trash Taken out of Home including BAthrooms & put in our Dumpster, All Dishes washed CLean & Put Away Do Not Leave In Dishwasher!, No shoes In home. BathTowels Used put in Laundry Baskets, We strip all Bedding & Replace Every Rental, you can leave bedding.
To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you avoid cooking or preparing strong-smelling foods inside the home. use outside Blackstone grill for strong foods.
This includes (but is not limited to): curry, heavy spices, frying foods, fish, or other foods with lingering odors.
Due to the natural wood interior of the home, odors can absorb into surfaces and be difficult to remove.
Failure to follow this rule will result in additional cleaning fees, up to $500

This was a beautiful and comfortable place. We enjoyed every aspect of the property. The home was spacious enough for our group and we loved the variety in the game room. We were also able to go out on the lake for some ice fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin with a great view of the lake. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Was well equipped with baby items like pack n play, booster chair, and baby gates. Big kitchen and dining area. Also enjoyed Park Rapids, and Zorbaz on Small Sand Lake is a fun stop.
