Location is great. Right across the street from Forsyth Park. Many activities with in walking distance. First floor with outdoor seating area. Parking was no issue. Will definitely stay again

All of the reviews that were listed are correct. The place and location are exceptional. We do have a concern however. When we entered the downstairs apartment it was very musty smelling. Even after running the through-the-wall dehumidifier it still had a musty smell. Both tables were broken as well as one of the chairs. We addressed this to the owner and they assured us that this will be repaired. Our recommendation would be to check with the owner first before renting this apartment.
