About this apartment rental
HM4D is a 2BD + Den, with 3 bathrooms. The Highmark residences are located just 100 yards or so from the gondola and offer easy access to skiing as well as all the action at the Mountain Village.
This well-appointed residence offers 1,560 square feet to enjoy, featuring a large flat screen TV and surround sound in the living room, wood flooring, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The private balcony off the main living area faces west and looks out at Emerald Mountain, a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets after a full day of activities.
The primary suite offers western elegance the ensuite bathroom boasts double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own private bathroom. The Den has a twin/queen bunkbed. The third bathroom is located off the main hallway. Each of the bedrooms are made up with luxury linens and plush bedding.

Really convenient location, was great to have the wild plum on the first floor. The staff was very attentive and the shuttle was a great amenity. The unit itself was clean and well appointed.

This was our first time to Steamboat Springs. We were blown away by the condo that we stayed in!
It was clean, well supplied (we cooked most of our own meals) it is decorated very homey and location was within walking distance of most of our outings! The check in process was quick and easy, as was checkout, and the property manager was very helpful and sweet!
We would definitely stay at this wonderful spot again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with friends or family

Excellent overall experience. For future first time guests I recommend clarifying the ski rental and valet process. We really appreciate everyone's kindness and helpfulness
