This bright basement house provides all the amenities of home while exploring central Wyoming. This single family home offers two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, and a laundry room, all of which are fully furnished, along with ample parking accessed from the alley. Cable and Wi-Fi are included with two flat screens located in the living room and the larger bedroom. Besides being highly efficient, this home does not require air conditioning in the summer since it stays plenty cool.

Needing a place to stay while completing tasks during a stressful time, l found this house to be perfect for us. While the name of it is "Cool And Calm," I thought "Calm And Cozy" is a better description for the cooler weather.
The house is small as described however the layout worked well. I'd stay here again if needed.

This property was excellent and much more convenient than a hotel for a group of guys on a hunting trip. House stayed cool even with temps in the 90’s!
