About this apartment rental
Spread out in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom remodeled beachfront/oceanfront condo. Washer/dryer, dish washer, barbecue, large deck overlooking the ocean with a glorious view. All kitchen amenities needed for any cooking occasion. Plenty of space for parking, and 24hr property guarded security. Free WIFI. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, roof top tennis court and small gym. Best of all, located on a white sand swimmable beach in front of numerous surf spots, for all levels of surfers.
For a unique destination, away from the crowds of Cabo San Lucas, enjoy a retreat to Las Olas, located in San Jose del Cabo, the newly developed and growing art district. Largest art district in the Cape Region, gateway to the renowned East Cape and an escape to an unaltered Baja California landscape.
Las Olas is located 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, 30 minutes away from the international airport. ($30 taxi). 20 minutes away from the bustling Cabo San Lucas.
Included satellite television in the main living room area. It is also equipped with smart tv functionality. There is a gym on the property for all Las Olas guests to use, a tennis court on top of our garage, but even better, there are plenty of recliners by the pool overlooking the surf for some well deserved rest and relaxation.
There is a bus shuttle service to carry one down the Coast between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

We stayed Feb 23-March 7, 2025. My kids aged 20 and 22 were along with us.The property is exactly as advertised, clean, great view and guests were all very quiet. The road noise is extremely loud with engine retarder brakes all day and into the night. It is so loud you need to stop speaking and cant hear music playing right beside you.A car is highly recommended as most things are quiet a long ways unless you really like walking which we did.Was very nice to sit and watch whales breaching continuously. Beach is swimable but not without water shoes as its very rocky.. Stephany was easily the best host we’ve ever had and we have had at least 15 so far. She is super helpful and responsive.. No real surprises other than no safe on site.. As the title says it’s very much as advertised

It is certainly dated but clean, comfortable and the pool, beach access, and gym met the need of our family. The location of the complex is on the highway and the midpoint of a downhill grade. In Mexico it is still common for large trucks to use airbrakes which are incredibly noisy. We did expect some noise from the highway, but that was a lot more than expected. We were there for almost 3 weeks and had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had lovely morning walks on the beach, coffee and happy hour on the large deck and some sunset hot tubbing. The beds were really comfortable, the shower had enough pressure and hot water and we appreciated that the condo had beach towels as well.We had great communication with the host before arriving. Elvira met us when we arrived and gave us a walk through. They allowed us to keep our luggage there for a short time after checkout since our next condo wasn’t ready yet and we didn’t have a car. We really appreciated that as it allowed us to have time to check out the Estuary. This condo has everything you need and more! Right on the water, close to beach restaurants and is complete with pool, hot tubs and gym. I would definitely stay here again!
