About this house rental
Scottsdale insta-worthy oasis with luxury finishes. The spacious resort-style backyard features a 5-hole putting green, outdoor TV, heated pool and spa with baja step for lounging, a built-in natural gas firepit, ping pong, and cornhole, and of course a propane grill. Inside, enjoy a game of pool or set up for movie-night on the comfy sectional sofa! We are just half a block off the Scottsdale canal where residents of Scottsdale often enjoy going for a jog or bike ride. Plus, we are less than 2 miles from downtown Scottsdale and all the restaurants, clubs and entertainment it has to offer!
To help you prepare for your stay, here is a list of amenities, appliances and items that will be available at the home (let us know if we're missing anything!):
~ Direct TV with 30+ channels (including the NFL channel)
~ Keurig Coffee Maker and standard coffee maker
~ Ninja Blender, 4-slice Toaster, Cooking essentials
~ Salt, Pepper, Spices, Olive Oil
~ Silverware, Plates, Bowls, Glassware, Plasticware for poolside
~ Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap

~ Iron & Ironing Board
~ Bed Linens, Pillows, Blankets, Plenty of Bath & Pool Towels

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING NOTE:
The private pool can be heated upon request for an optional, separate fee. Because our pool utilizes a fast-acting gas heater, the cost is structured by season to reflect local utility usage:
• Winter Peak (Dec – Feb): $100 per night
• Shoulder Season (Oct – Nov & Mar – May): $75 per night
• Summer Season (Jun – Sept): $0 (Not needed; pool naturally warm)
Hot tub heating is always complimentary.
Policies & Rules:
• Pool heat must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. It takes about 8 to 12 hours to bring the pool up to temp, so we do not offer partial or single-day heating.
• Please give us at least 36 hours advance notice prior to check-in to ensure the pool reaches swimming temperature (approx. 86°F) before your arrival.
• Payment: This fee is not automatically charged at checkout. A separate manual payment request will be sent to you via the Vrbo platform after your booking is confirmed.
STR License Number: 2040605
Scottsdale law states that no more than 6 unrelated adults may occupy any short term rental.

We stayed for a girls trip and made sure to clean up as much as we could before we left because we wanted to make sure we were welcomed back next time we were in town! Wonderful home and hosts, cannot recommend enough!
