Our location is perfect for those seeking a golf / beach getaway or for those coming for a dance competition or sporting tournament. The community pool in the complex is located directly across from the condo and there is also a large, 15,000 SF salt water pool with a hot tub at the North Tower in Barefoot (right near the Marina Bar & Grill and the inter coastal waterway) which is available for your use as well. Both pools close at sunset.

For those seeking a little sun or a nice walk on the beach, the condo is a brief 8-10 min drive to Windy Hill beach. Public parking is available near the beaches and along the coastline and there is also a complimentary beach shuttle during the ’season’ which drops you off right at Windy Hill Beach.

For our golf lovers, there are 4 championship courses within Barefoot Resort and the primary clubhouse and driving range is less than 1/2 mile away. The fairway of the 9th hole on the Greg Norman course is in the back of our unit and partly viewable from the screened in porch. You’re likely to find some golf balls. ⛳️

*The open concept family living area has new luxury vinyl plank flooring, plenty of seating for friends and family to gather and make memories. There is a 55" Smart TV mounted in this space, a ceiling fan and some games and several jigsaw puzzles to enable fun memory making no.
*Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
*The screened in porch is a great place to unwind, get some fresh air and catch a glimpse of golfers. There is a ceiling fan in the screened in porch.

*The master bedroom has a queen bed with a newer plush-medium firm mattress, a smart TV and a modern ceiling fan.

*The master bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and has plenty of space for toiletries and hanging towels, etc.

*The second bedroom has two twin beds with newer mattresses, a smart TV, a modern ceiling fan and USB ports on the back of the nightstand for easy charging of your devices.

*The second full bathroom is off the main living area and next to the second bathroom.

*Bed and bath linens, extra blankets and pillows are all provided.

*There is a new (2024) stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

*For beachgoers, we provide beach towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrella and some sand toys.

*There are plenty of sidewalks and streets to enjoy a nice walk/run in our community in addition to nearby communities.

NOTE: This community does NOT allow motorcycles, boats or towed trailers on the premises. Pets are not allowed.

-Barefoot Landing - a very fun, vibrant atmosphere with a unique boardwalk, several restaurants, cute shops, a brewery, wine-tasting, outdoor live music and a playground and other amusements for the kiddos. They also offer a Monday night fireworks display from June thru August..
-Alabama Theater is very close by - about 1.5 miles.
-Inter Coastal water way - 1 mile; Jet ski rentals close by.
-Barefoot Princess - Cruise along the intra coastal waterway. 1mi. away
-House of Blues - Dine, shop, and listen to great live music. 1mi. away
-Alligator Adventure - one of the largest reptile zoos in the world with alligators and crocodiles. 1mi away
