Charming studio 4 pers (chalet atmosphere), on the top floor and the clame, 25m2, in a ski-in residence, expo. south, large bay window + balcony, breathtaking view of Tarentaise Valley, Beaufortain massif and ski slopes of Les Arcs;
Close to restaurants and shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, laundry, tourist office, cinema, ski equipment rental, ski schools, daycare).
Start SKIS FOOT (round trip).
The studio includes:
- kitchenette corner with fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric hobs
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
- A mountain corner with 2 standard bunk beds
- A living area with a sofa bed for 2 people
- Ski locker 20m from the studio

Small studio apartment in a large block, in Arcs 1800.
The location is fantastic, ski in/out. A linen rental service, bakery and large spa, as well as lots of restaurants are just outside the door. The slopes are just behind the block, and Folie is 2mins and an easy ski away.
It's not easy to see what the apartment is like in the pics. It's a small open plan studio, with a bathroom and kitchenette (well stocked with equipment/fondue/knives etc). Within the open area there is a fold down bunk bed set, and then a couch which converts to a double bed. The beds aren't particularly comfy and there isn't much privacy between the kitchen/living/bunk beds, but it was quiet, functional and convenient for the price.
You have to rent laundry, and fully clean the apartment on departure. The bus stop is very nearby, and connects to the funiculaire.
Overall a convenient budget stay, with great access to the slopes.

A lovely, clearly much loved, apartment with breathtaking views across the slopes to the mountains beyond. Easy 5 minute walk to the lifts. Shops etc. right outside. Excellent communication from host throughout.

Very nice and cosy studio with a beautiful view. You will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday and it all works well.Ski lifts,slopes and supermarket/shops are around the corner as well as the ski ticket office. The contact with the owner was very pleasant . Thanks for a nice stay!
