This third floor condo with hi-speed wireless internet has magnificent oceanfront views of the beach. The oceanfront balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom, each of which contains a sliding glass door looking out on the beach. Enjoy the panoramic view of the beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout, with ceramic tile floors in the foyer, dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms, and carpet flooring in the bedrooms and vinyl floor at the master bedroom and the living room. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated to enhance your stay.
Additional sanitation is being performed between renters. Commercial-grade sanitizers used. Cleaning crews use masks and gloves.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and chairs. There is a flat panel screen TV with 70+ cable channels.
Whether you're staying for a few days, a week, or several months, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. Granite countertops, Stainless steel Appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, stainless steel oven, stainless steel microwave,

The fourth bedroom has two double beds, flat panel TV, a nightstand, and also a chest of drawers. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
Each bedroom includes a spacious built-in closet.
The private balcony extends across the width of the condo, with incredible 180 degree views of the beach and ocean. The third floor balcony affords you the joy of feeling like you're sitting right on the beach. It contains a table with 4 chairs for outside dining.
Beach umbrella and 4 chairs can be rented for $250.00 paid separately.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Hany made us feel welcome and was very responsive. The owner provided everything we could possibly require. Beautiful view and great access to the beach.

This condo is stunning. It is well decorated and situated as an end unit so you don't have any traffic from other people and very little to no noise. It is also on the 3rd floor which is so perfect because that is steps away from the overstreet crossway to the parking deck. Our group was a range of 50s, 40s, 20s, and a 1 year old and we found the place perfect for our needs. All the beds are superbly comfortable. Kitchen could use some more utensils and such but has plenty to work with. We cooked a large breakfast every morning. Thank you so much for renting to us
