Set in a 2.5 acres tropical estate, this magnificent 6 bedrooms estate enjoys without no doubt one of the most stunning views in the Caribbean. It has been renovated in 2022 and decorated with refinement and state of art equipment.
One the most luxurious hillside villas in Terres-Basses, and the only one with a private beach access. It is located on a cliff overlooking Baie Rouge, one of St. Martin’s most sought after beaches and enjoys exceptional scenic.
Although secluded in the private gated and exclusive community of Les Terres Basses, you are yet close to amenities and nightlife.
Enjoy best of both worlds: Thanks to it’s hillside location, you will enjoy a breath-taking 180º view on Saint Martin, the Caribbean sea and the island of Anguilla, and thanks to it’s unique pathway to the sea, you will be able to access the Baie Rouge beach, mid-way you will even be able to stop for a drink or chill while enjoying the view in your own private Caribbean gazebo!
Built on 2 levels, the house has 6 large bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms, 3 of them being master suits. 3 bedrooms are on the upper level with access to the main pool or main terrace, and 3 bedrooms on the lower level, two of which have direct access to the second pool.
There is wifi throughout the property both inside and outside. All the rooms and living areas are equipped with AC and fans. All the bedrooms are equipped with AC, ample closet space, a TV, a safe, and wifi.
The main heated swimming pool is located at the entrance leading to the reception living area. It is fully enclosed for complete privacy and wind-free living. It has large sun-beds, four poster daybeds, lounging areas a large fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar, a covered dining area with seating for 12 and tropical trees.
The large 1200 square feet living room thanks to its 10 sliding doors opening on both the main pool area and the ample sea facing a covered veranda, multi level terraces and gazebos will give you an incredible airiness sensation.
This spacious open plan room includes multiple areas for lounging and dining, with large comfortable sofas, widescreen TV, a large indoor dining table with seating for 12, a pool table and a bar area.
The open bar area is located In between the living room and the kitchen, perfect to enjoy breakfast or cocktail time. Adjacent to the bar you will find a spacious and professionally equipped gourmet kitchen. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the ocean from this light-filled space.
Stepping through the glass doors lining the front of the living room, a large 640 square ft covered terrace offers a further dining area for 12, lounge areas and beautiful ocean backdrop completed by 2600 square ft multi-levelled terraces with two gazebos sitting at the ocean’s edge where you can relax in comfortable seating and enjoy the music of the surf from sunrise to sunset.
An opened air hot tub sits on a separated terrace, easily accessible by the main terraces and the master bedroom.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Infiniti blue Villa during the last week of February. The home was beautiful. We were a group of eight and we’re able to utilize four of the bedrooms all with their own en suite. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs from plenty of dishes and flatware to servingware and platters. We did use both grills and everything that we needed for that was there. The main pool was lovely. It was heated and was perfect. The views were spectacular. We did use the steps to the beach, but they were definitely more challenging than we were expecting. The host was very helpful in having everything at the home that we needed prior to arrival and then she was a big help during the stay giving recommendations on places to go and places to eat. We liked that the home was in a gated community and that community had two beaches that we were able to drive to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic vacation! The property was spectacular, views were tremendous and Alexandra was a wonderful host. Luxury environment, very clean, all amenities you desire, enjoyed new pickleball court…pictures and words don’t do it justice. Our group of 8 loved our time!

We recently visited St. Martin and were fortunate to stay at Infinity Blue for a week. We had the most amazing time in this beautiful house. From the moment we booked the property, Alexandra was so warm and welcoming. She reached out to touch base immediately. Then several weeks before our stay, she again contacted us to help set up groceries, a private chef, yacht excursions, dining reservations, and everything else we needed or wanted. The communication was top notch and made our arrival and stay stress-free. The house, itself, is spectacular and beautifully maintained. All amenities were in perfect working order. We were a party of 10 adults and 1 baby. Each couple had their own beautiful Oceanview room with ensuite bath room. The main living area is huge and adjacent to the kitchen which allowed us all to congregate and enjoy each other’s company as a family. The outdoor patio overlooking the ocean is honestly breathtaking. The kitchen is expansive and well stocked with everything you could need. We cooked family dinners for 10, whipped up frozen cocktails, and had beautiful meals out in the gorgeous outdoor dining area. We even BBQ’d one night. The daily housekeeping was wonderful. The cleaning crew made sure to refresh towels, make beds and scour the kitchen and living areas. We loved every minute at Infinity Blue and hope to return for another family get together in the future!
