**Bananas Guesthouse is situated in the heart of the lively and colorful Esperanza, where the culture and spirited atmosphere of the neighborhood truly shines. This is a vibrant neighborhood, please be aware that there may be some noise from surrounding activities, which is beyond our control.
The energy in the area peaks during major holidays and special events, including:
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Year’s Eve
• Mardi Gras
• Carnival
• Memorial Day Weekend
• Independence Day
• Labor Day Weekend
• Local festivals and parades
Our property is located on a popular street that runs parallel to the waterfront, much like a “main street,” with a steady flow of both foot and vehicle traffic. While this lively environment contributes to the charm and character of the location, we understand that it may not be ideal for everyone. We encourage you to read guest reviews to get a sense of the occasional street noise.
For your convenience, we will provide a reminder about potential noise both in our welcome message and once again during check-in.
Please note that cancellations due to noise during your stay will not be eligible for a refund. However, we are happy to assist you in finding alternative accommodations if necessary.

Don’t really have beach view but we do have a huge balcony to sit and chill. The room is very clean and neat, and the AC works perfectly. Although the room is right behind the restaurant, there’s no bad smell in the room and it’s not noisy at night, as the restaurant closes at 9 or 10. So far the nicest small room to stay in.
