Windsor at Westside is a gated vacation rental community close to Disney featuring an 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with the Tu Casa Bar & lounge, market & deli, video arcade, sundries shop & fitness center. Other fantastic amenities such as a playground, volleyball court & multi-purpose sports courts. Best of all is the large resort-style pool with a lazy river, a water playground with slides, cabanas, and a tiki bar! This vacation home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions, shopping, and dining.
Open the doors into this beautifully decorated villa. Your living room has ample seating surrounding the large 70" smart LED TV. The open floor plan opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and black granite counter-tops. A large dining table has seating for 8, and the breakfast bar can comfortably seat 4. A king-size master suite is also located on the first floor complete with an en-suite bath, and private patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The laundry room is also located downstairs, so you won't have to worry about running out of clothes during your vacation. The garage has been converted into a game room for fun family entertainment with a pool table, PS4 gaming console, and air hockey.
The upstairs den is great for kicking back with the family and watching a movie in the cinema-themed room. A large plush section sofa allows for the whole family to gather and catch a flick on the 70" LED TV. On the second floor is where you will find the rest of the sleeping arrangements. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.

This was a great place for our family. Plenty of room and very clean. Not to far from Disney World. It was about a 15 minute drive to the parks.

Only real problem I had was the trash from previous renters was on the property for 3 days before it was picked up

This vacation rental was very clean and spacious. Great location to all of the action. There are a few things that could use some attention or clarification on the listing. First would be the game room that is listed as an amenity to this property. The air hockey table does not work and even if it did, there is no puck to play with. Yes, there is a PS4 console, but no games and both remotes there were there were dead with no way to charge them. This would be comparable to stating this vacation rental came with a Tesla, and once you arrived you found that the battery is dead and there is no way to charge it. Had the listing been a little more informative, we would have better prepared. Also, the pool table is in very poor condition. There is a dart board on the wall with no darts. This game room has a lot of potential, but was an absolute let down for the kids when this was one of our primary reasons for booking this home. Beds were also very uncomfortable. Hopefully this review will help to improve the stay for future families at your vacation rental. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
