Never rented before JULY 2022. 2 bedrooms/2 gas fireplaces/ 1 full kitchen and one mini kitchen. 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8.4 queen size mattresses. Many upgrades! NEW GRANITE,SINK,FAUCET, flooring, hvac,lighting,, lazyboy sofas with memory foam queen mattress. BRAND NEW 55 INCH SMART TV. New paint October 2023. Washer and dryer located down the hall next to ICE MACHINE. The hot tubs are located on the first floor thru the fitness room. Best location @ Snowshoe! Starbucks in the building, Best Restaurants @ Snowshoe in building(FOXFIRE) and OLD SPRUCE!!! BEST HOT TUBS IN THE VILLAGE!! LIMITED RIMFIRE GUESTS UNDERGROUND paid PARKING($20 per day/entry) FREE parking lot outside.

No issues during our stay. Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked with items needed for our meals.

We were overall very satisfied with this unit. It's in a good location in the Village, it's on the top floor at the end of the hall so it's relatively quiet. And it is more than adequate for a family of four. But things are pretty tight, not a ton of room to spread out in terms of people or gear, especially if you are using the sofa bed in the second room. Having the ski lockers is nice, but they are small - you will only be able to store skis and poles in there. Everything else will need to come up to the room. Our only issues with the unit were, admittedly, nitpicky. There wasn't shampoo provided despite the listing saying there would be. There wasn't a fresh sponge in the kitchen for washing dishes. And the unit is drafty, especially if there are high winds. I suspect this is true of all of the units in the building, not unique to this unit. But the thermostat was confusing and I don't think we ever actually got it to change, meaning we weren't able to warm the unit up to counter the draft. All this said, I'd still stay here again, no question.

Months after booking 3 weekend nights the owner said the price that i reserved the place was wrong and i had 2 days to pay an additional 780 otherwise it would cancel. Never experienced this before. Not cool. Though everything else was great. It was indeed a super nice place with plenty of space and amenities.
