About this house rental
Welcome! This farm house style ranch is located in East Greenwich--- minutes from Main Street, Goddard Park, T.F. Green International Airport, Briggs Boesch Farm, major highways, restaurants and shopping. Also, a short drive to the south coast beaches and The University of Rhode Island.
This one level home offers a living room with cathedral ceiling. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an en suite shower and 2 walk-in closets. In the closet you will find a pack n' play for infants. The two other bedrooms are Queen beds with ample space and a full shared bathroom. In the shared bathroom you will find a wash machine and dryer. The kitchen offers white cabinetry and concrete counter tops--newer stainless steel appliances and a dish washer. The front entrance has a large covered Portico. The courtyard is off the dining area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with 1.5 acres of lush greenery. The home is set back from the road giving you a private and peaceful experience.
We do not allow events to be hosted at the house. No parties or entertaining. No outside visitors or overnight guests without previous verbal approval from us. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. No smoking anywhere on the property (tobacco, vape or otherwise). The house is not handicap accessible. Please note: For security purposes, the property is equipped with Ring cameras located at the front and rear exterior of the home. These cameras are used primarily when the property is vacant. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private areas. We encourage long-term rentals for October through April.

The home was beautifully appointed and is as shown in the listing. Staying here was truly peaceful and the perfect spot for my husband and me along with my mother, who was celebrating her 99th birthday, to stay while we visited family. We would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I were very happy with our stay. This home is truly a peaceful oasis! We had very clear and quick communication with the owner and all rules and recommendations were clear. This was a wonderful little home for us during our long weekend. I highly recommend this home for a comfy vacay or get away.
