Charming, updated home in town w/private yard and foosball

The house was clean and cozy. Very welcoming! There were a few issues that we ran into while staying at the house. There was zero cold water in the hall bathroom, no tissues (which should be available for guests), the C02 alarm in the kitchen starting beeping in the middle of the night. We tried resetting it but that only lasted about 8 hours and then it would start up again. The WiFi was sporadic. There were periods where we would have zero WiFi but then it would come back but then go out again the next day. I know this wouldn’t necessarily be the owners fault but it should be taken into consideration. We had problems with the garage door but the owner did have her assistant reach out to me about the WiFi and I told her about the garage door and she told me how we could handle it but we never ended up using the garage after that. One more thing, while I was in the kitchen, I heard a loud crack outside, and when I looked out the window, I saw a long branch fall in the front yard. Thank goodness it fell in the middle of the yard and on our car that was parked in the driveway. Just saying that some trees might need trimming to get rid of the dead limbs. Overall, the house is located within a good distance of the main areas of Springfield.

House was clean and location was good for what we needed. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay for our group of 6 for a couple days.

Foosball table was a nice addition

The house was a mess from guests staying before us. We are doing a landscaping job in spring field and we were so hot and dirty lookiG forward to a shower but all towels were dirty and beds not changed! I texted owner and she said the housekeeper made a mistake and she would be there asap…. Couple hours later she showed up so we started washing laundry after work g 10hour day in the heat!!!!
