Beautiful 3 Bedroom Pool villa looking onto a stunning lake view. The Villa is very spacious and boasts a living room/dining room as well as a family room. It has a large Kitchen with breakfast table. Seperate Wash room with a washer / dryer leading to the double garage. The family room has a patio window looking onto the pool and lake view. The pool area has the benefit of a covered area for those hot summer days. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door leading to the pool and a large walk in closet. The master bathroom has twin sinks with a Shower cubical and large bath tub. The toilet is seperate. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. The 3rd Bedroom has twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is situated off a small hall way between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.
The Villa is located close to everything and you will not be disappointed.
No smoking is allowed at this home.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Stay was amazing! The house was clean and lots of room. The kids loved the pool. The setting was great. We were 15 mins to anywhere.

Family of four (two adults, two teenage girls), had a lovely time. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable, and in a lovely neighbourhood. The location was perfect for access to attractions, shops, and hwy 192. The pool was nice - we requested pool heating the day we arrived and someone came out quickly to turn it on, they even left it running overnight to warm the pool up quicker for us, which was appreciated - great service.
The only reason I'm giving 4 star instead of 5 was that the decor was a little dated, the kitchen and appliances could use modernizing, the window blinds didn't fully function, and the pool wasn't the largest in the world although it was perfectly fine for the four of us.
Overall, we'd happily recommend this home and will happily stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a great vacation!

They need to put bath mats in the shower areas. My granddaughter slipped and fell in the guest bathroom and I slipped and fell in the Master bathroom. We both have black and blue marks and my foot is bruised and swollen. I didn't appreciate the fact that to heat the pool was an extra $20 per day if you wanted it. We have stayed in many HomeAway homes and never encountered all the extra fees associated with this property.
