About this apartment rental
Duplex of 73m² just renovated, classed 4 stars, everything is gathered to satisfy you. You are on the embankment, facing the sea and feet in the water (well almost!), the sun from morning to evening. Rest assured that we have made every effort to make your stay the most enjoyable.
Located on the seafront on the top floor (5th floor), the apartment is 1.7km from the train station, 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car. Many shops are then within walking distance. From an artisanal crêperie on the ground floor to the riding school, sailing school and thalassotherapy without forgetting the shops of necessity: supermarket, bakery- pastry, butcher- deli- caterer, fishmonger, cheese dairy, pharmacy, hairdresser and tobacco-press.

Les Sables d'Olonne, mainly known for its magnificent beach, which attracts many holidaymakers every year and the Vendée Globe race, is full of activities of all kinds. You can swim there, surf there, take sailing lessons… But the land of Vendée doesn’t have to blush. They also contain their share of attractions. Bike rides in the marshes, visit the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne, discover the Veillon, without forgetting the mythical Puy du Fou

Host Fred & Carelle were very supportive of communicating with us at time of booking as well as prior to our arrival and at the end of our journey. Carelle facilitated our arrival and departure, and was a life savour at our departure. The accommodations were wonderful as previously described, quiet area, plenty of room for the three of us, perfect location on the water and we had a great view of Vendee skippers preparing for the start of the Vendee Globe. Great location at anytime.
