- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Pool and spa heat is available for $350/night, must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in, and must be purchased for the guests’ entire stay.
- Spa heat only is $150/night and must be purchased for guests' entire stay.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note: The jets in the master bathroom tub are currently out of order and do not work.
Parking Details:
- 5 cars can be parked in the driveway.
- No parking in the garage.
- No street parking.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

It was easy to work with the management company in charge of this property. The house is located minutes from over a dozen vineyards. We loved the location.

This house was awesome! Very clean, super comfortable beds, well-equipped with everything we needed, and very responsive management team. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, as well as the game room. The TV is huge and we had fun watching movies in our private theater. The house and yard are very private with no immediate neighbors. The yard is super peaceful and we loved being outside and listening to the birds. We enjoyed being out "in the country," yet it's an easy 15-20 min drive to Old Town. Bring your groceries because you won't want to leave!The WIFI was out the first day (which affected the remote pool controls, use of tv etc.), but the team sent out a tech the next morning to get us up and running. They were very communicative and quick to help with whatever we needed.My only complaint is that the cost to heat the pool is extravagant at 300 per day, and they require you to heat the pool for each day you are there. When I booked, I was under the impression that was for the "full" days, but in fact that includes check in day and check out day, even if you're not using it those days. (I'm hopeful that they will change this policy for future guests because they do seem responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to make a great experience for renters.)I would definitely recommend this property.

This home was exactly what I was looking for.. peaceful neighborhood, clean, entertainment for my children, pool, and the Views were amazing .. Also, this home was nearby many of the wineries. Looking forward to return soon!
