The Space
Escape the Springdale hotel crowds and experience the true magic of Southern Utah. Perched on private land with unobstructed, panoramic views of Zion’s iconic red rock mesas, this luxury tiny home on wheels blends rugged desert beauty with high-end comfort.
After a grueling day hiking Angels Landing or wading through The Narrows, your private oasis awaits. Drop your gear, fire up the grill, and sink into your private hot tub to watch the sunset paint the cliffs crimson.
The Experience
Unbeatable Location: Wake up to direct Zion views right from your king size bed.
Hiker’s Recovery: Private, pristine hot tub open year-round—perfect for muscle recovery and stargazing under the certified Dark Sky.
Tiny Luxury: Fully climate-controlled (AC/Heating) with a modern bathroom, full size kitchen, and blazing-fast WiFi + smart TV for remote work or streaming.
Traveling with friends? We have 3 sister tiny homes on this property. Message us to book multiple units together for the ultimate group getaway!
Guest access
Guests will have access to their tiny house and the entire 75 acre property for walking or having a picnic down by the stream. A private fire pit and wood is provided for fires. There is also a propane BBQ grill provided and skewers for roasting marshmallows.
The Property
Zions Tiny Oasis and the surrounding areas have breathtaking 360 views, and are quite secluded from the tourism and hustle and bustle of Springdale and the park. We do have 3 other tiny homes on the property which sit at two hundred - eight hundred feet away from each other. We also have a small neighborhood nearby, their homes are out of view , and down the hill/across the street. The oasis borders the west side of Zion Park; with many great hiking and biking trails nearby. As far as services, there is the Fort Zion gift shop and restaurant just 5 minutes away, and of course, the Park is only 15 minutes from the oasis. Springdale features many wonderful restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.

Just outside Zion National Park this quaint little oasis provides comfort, gorgeous vistas in a very secluded location! Samuel was prompt with responses to any questions, provided plenty of local hotspots for dining, and the stargazing is magnificent

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing. Loved being away from crowds of Zion after hiking thru Narrows with thousands of people and waiting to ride on buses like NY subways. Loved hot tub and such incredible views! Like being totally off grid with some resort style comforts! Thank you Tiny Oasis! We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved this tiny home!! It was perfect for 2 people. House was clean, owner was friendly and responsive. It was the perfect location to do all of our day trips to Zion and Bryce! The stars at night were unbelievable! Place was quiet and secluded.
Our only regret is that we didn't book more time here. If you are planning a trip to Zion and there are only 2 of you i would highly recommend.
