About this house rental
Best location on the lake! We are located steps away from Orchard Island Beach/Waterfront Park, as well as Spend-A-Day Marina (Boat/Jet Ski Rentals). Welcome to our newly remodeled 4 bedroom lakehouse! Parking for 7, open water views, covered patio, located 1 mile off St Rt 33. The kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts of home. In home laundry, games, kayaks, bikes and much more. Bring your boat, dock at the house and park your trailer in the driveway.
4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and a Fully Furnished Kitchen. Can Sleep up to 12. Upstairs you will find 1 King Bed in Master, 2 bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, a Queen Bed in 3rd Bathroom, and Full Bed in 4th Bedroom. Downstairs is a Trundle Bed with 2 Twin Mattresses.
Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following:
1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in strainer or dry and place in cupboards/shelves.
3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located in the driveway. Please do not leave trash on the porch.
