The property was very clean and a great location. The beds were comfortable and the stay was overall very nice. The check out process was easy. The hot tub did not have enough water in it and we could not locate a hose to add water. It was also a little dirty. This is a newer property and there are some basics that could be improved like having basic condiments and spices for out of town travelers. It would also be great if there were some printed instructions at the property at time of arrival that included hot tub directions (which one goes with which property), check out instructions, restaurant recommendations, etc. Also, the e-bikes are not included with the property, they are an additional fee which was not clear to me at the time of booking. The breaker for the hot water heater tripped and we ended up taking cold showers one evening. The property manager did respond quickly to all of our questions. Overall the property was very nice but there is some additional touches that would go a long way.
