Our 2 Bed 2.5 Bath Town Home is superbly located in the popular community of Legacy Park and offers the perfect home for those seeking accommodation for smaller groups.

With an open plan living and dining area boasting plenty of seating and a TV, this air conditioned home is spacious, bright and practically furnished with comfort in mind at an affordable cost. The quaint dining room has seating for six and is a great place to enjoy a meal.

The pleasant Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook everything from a light lunch to an evening meal for your family and friends. The Charming King bedroom has a King Size bed, ceiling fan, TV and Ensuite with large shower.

The Twin Bedroom has a pleasing decor, plus further bathroom

There is also a pull-out bed in the loft area which means the home can comfortably sleep 6.

The home has Laundry facilities including a washer and dryer and a half bathroom that is situated downstairs. For your enjoyment there is a further covered lanai that benefits a stunning conservation view situated off the lounge area for a more informal al fresco snack or simply enjoy a glass of wine after a pleasant day in the theme parks or shopping malls.

THE DEVELOPMENT ALSO FEATURES A COMMUNAL POOL, CABANAS, AND JOGGING AND WALKING TRAILS.

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

Really enjoyed my almost 3 month stay. Would have appreciated being asked if I was interested in the 2021 season before the property was partially rented. I would have taken it for the whole season.

The condo was nice considering the price we paid. The unit is simple and met our needs. Carpets need cleaned in the condo. Know that there is a key fob needed to access the pool and you’ll have to do some calling around to get it. You can not access the bathrooms at the pool at all- they’re all protected by passcodes. The pool is not heated and wasn’t very clean. The hot tub had a small dead reptile in it in addition to other floating debris. Overall our stay was “okay”.
