About this house rental

Unit 20 is close to 98 so easy access to restaurants, several within walking distance. Park at your front door. Beach is and easy 5 minute walk to The white sands and Emerald Green waters with no streets to cross! Pool is right out your front door! 3 Bedrooms, King in master and Queen in other 2 Bedrooms. TV's in all Bedrooms! 2 Full bathrooms upstairs and half bath on 1st Floor. All Tile on 1st Floor and Carpeting 2nd Floor. Plenty of towels, blankets, and a well stocked Kitchen! Comes with complimentary Beach service 2 chairs and umbrella set up for you everyday on the beach for you. March 1st to Oct 31st.

The condo was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the large dining room table and family room area adjacent to it. The association property and neighboring beach were also very nice.
