Beautiful bright apartment with private garden and well-sunlit area of 31m²!

Do you want to forget your car, leave it sheltered for a week and walk to do your shopping in the centre of Montriond village or reach the ski slopes without wondering where you can park? This is entirely possible because shops are only 200m away and the free shuttle to Avoriaz or Morzine ski stations stops right at the foot of the building!



The studio is composed as follows:

- 1 Entrance with wardrobe

- 1 Independent toilet

- 1 Main room offering:

Kitchen area: 2 electric hobs, fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster

Dining area with 1 table and 4 chairs 4 stools, access to South-East facing terrace with garden furniture

Lounge area with a sofa bed screen but without decoder. It can be connected to a computer with an HDMI cable.

- 1 Separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds 2m long

- 1 Bathroom (shower and washbasin)

The Location is ok. To small for a family with 4. The price is high for this kind of apartment. Shower is ca. 40 cm above the floor.

Sunny aspect of patio & outdoor furniture The 'welcome pack' - all items not useful - it would be better to be supplied with a larger washing up liquid and shower gel and shampoo.

son emplacement et sa proximité de Morzine le canapé lit très confortable la luminosité, la terrasse tout était là, sac poubelle, liquide vaisselle, etc.... le sac bleu et le nécessaire de nettoyage votre accueil et votre professionnalisme !
