About this house rental
An approx. 100 year old Canarian house was expanded for the holiday apartment, the masonry was preserved and testifies to the simple but effective Canarian construction, as well as the use of natural raw materials. The apartment has about 90 square meters and consists of two large rooms, and a separate children's bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and two terraces (approx. 30 square meters). In the first room there is a fully equipped kitchen with four-burner gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and. v. m. if you like to cook, you won't lack anything.
In the dining area, consisting of a comfortable seating area. Afterwards you can sit on a small sofa on satellite TV for the latest news or watch a film or check your e-mails via WiFi.
You can also meet family or friends on the terrace by the fireplace, prepare Canarian specialties during a barbecue and end the evening under the starry sky of Tenerife.
A small selection of books is available for guests, as well as maps and information material.
There is also a 20sqm terrace with a view of the rising sun over Cran Canaria.
If necessary, a bungalow of approx. 40 sqm can be rented. It is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, table, fridge, radio / CD, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and from September with a small kitchen. This option is useful if two couples want to rent the apartment. The bungalow can also be rented separately, from there it has its own access and it was converted into a duplex living unit
for a child
A cot can still be provided.
We also organize riding trips, hikes and boat trips for you.
The herbs and fruits grown on the organic finca can also be used by you.

A quiet, clean and comfortable finca. It had everything you could think of needing, including sharp kitchen knives and barbecue itensils. The beds are very comfortable. Andrea and Sepp are both very helpful and friendly and respond quickly to any queries.
We had a lovely holiday and would stay there again.

Interesting property, away from the crowds. Plenty of room for 2 adults and could easily manage 2 children as well. Would be a stretch for 4 adults as the second bedroom is quite small. Would have been nice to know about the cleaning fee of €50 when booking. Also would have been better to have been provided wood for the stove (yes it was cold overnight in February) and charcoal for the BBQ and paid as needed, rather than having to go out to the garage and shops The property is about 10-15 minutes from the shops and there are several local restaurants, but don't even think about going to them without checking opening times and pre-booking. All need a car and a Fiat 500 or similar will have trouble getting up the hill! We enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace outside and you are well positioned for a couple of relatively quiet local beaches and all the main routes around and over the island.

Lovely location , very clean accomodation. Friendly hosts. Very peaceful location, set in the hillside. A hire car is essential. We struggled with a fiat 500 due to the steep incline. Warm welcome fresh fruit wine and bread on arrival. Highly recommended.
