Good communication with the host, easy entry instructions. Nice space, excellent wifi, comfortable bed. The furnace needed repair, but the host took care of it quickly! Kitchen could use a few more items like pots and pans, but good refrigerator and range. Comfortable place during a very frigid couple of weeks in Astoria

Jon was an excellent communicator from start to finish! The location to the subway was very close. It was also close to a lot of different dining options. The cons I have are the small narrow stairs up to the apartment and you have to bring your own wash cloths FYI. Other than that an overall great experience

I was told the water would be turned up, it was cold. Was told that nobody else had issues but the second night, after โturning it upโ it was 84.5 degrees. Other than that, it was clean and a place to sleep.
