Only a 5 minute drive to downtown and a 7 minute drive to the stadium. The surrounding area has many shopping, grocery and restaurant options for all your needs. Fenced in dog run in the backyard! No cats. This property features security cameras around the exterior of the home.

Ashley our host was wonderful. Helpful and communicative. The house itself was in a great area, close to campus, and an easy drive. Well appointed kitchen, easy to cook and have meals. My only complaint would be the that the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable.

We had a lovely time in this spacious but still warm and cozy home. The location is great and neighborhood is charming. It was perfect for our family to make meals together in the well appointed kitchen and relax in the lovely living room. Our hosts were very attentive and communicative which made our arrival and departure completely smooth.

No contact with host other than email. No instruction in the house as to trash collection days, recycle, places of interest in Ann Arbor, etc. A quick response though on very loud, vibrating heating fan in one of the bedrooms. Had to unplug in the cellar every night. House was clean and met our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood.
