Just west of the main public beach, you are in walking distance to many of the attractions and events. Simply put, this is THE best location in town and the beachfront views are unparalleled. This great unit has been recently updated with a new color scheme, bedding and ceiling fans. Features include: fully equipped kitchen with keurig machine, gulf front pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, walk to restaurants and shops, closest complex to The Hangout and Shrimp Festival, washer and dryer, cable TV, and internet. The unit sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room and Egyptian Cotton linens.
Complex Amenities; Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, fitness room, and BBQ area
Be sure to book this unit early for the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival because it is in high demand.
Parking is limited to one (1) car. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass. If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Island Winds East front desk to pick up your parking pass. Island Winds West is charging $50 per parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

Needs a good cleaning and some updates. Maintence issues were handled in a very timely manner. We very much appreciated that it is a very avery good location and a great view.
