The Oak & Fern Suite (upper unit) is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, living room, dining room and a full sized kitchen. The property sits on the outskirts of downtown but only within minutes drive from all amenities including grocery stores, shopping boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, the hospital, North Island College, CFB Comox, the airport, biking/ hiking trails, beach access, the Powell River Ferry terminal, Mt. Washington Resort and the Comox Marina. There is a designated parking of up to two vehicles. This guesthouse is a pet and smoke free accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Oak and Fern. The suite is spotless and very nicely decorated. It is stocked with everything you could need. I might add a French press or drip coffee machine but otherwise it is the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in! The balcony is spacious and a great place to hang out. The location is convenient for Courtney, Comox and outdoor activities. Check in was a breeze.

This was a beautiful property nestled in a peaceful, quiet area. Chad and Joy were such wonderful hosts, thinking of guests every needs…it was a great stay a little out of the way but perfect for those wanting a relaxing experience…overall a superb stay, a couple of things to add to make the stay even more comfortable would be the addition of a bbque and hot tub…

The house is stunning. All brand new everything, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Even games for time with the family. They thought of everything! Area is quiet and so relaxing. The covered porch is the best place to sit and listen to the forest.
Hosts were super responsive and kind. House is 10 minutes from all amenities. Perfect spot, will come back!
