PLEASE NOTE that weekly routine pool cleaners come by every week to keep the pool looking great and safe for families to enjoy. He typically comes by on `TUESDAY` so we ask that you be aware of this as he may be on the property. He will only ever be outside of the course and for less than an hour. *If you do not wish to have the pool cleaner come by during your stay please notify us before your check-in* .
This house has a pool that is able to be heated up to 83℉ upon request and for a daily fee. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach temperature. If you would like the pool heated upon your arrival, please give us 24 hours notice. Heated pool is available for a Daily Fee, which needs to be requested for use of the pool heating functions.
*Please read our pool liability waiver, and respond with your first and last name. We will treat this as your signature and confirmation that you agree to the waiver form.
Overnight parking on the street is NOT permitted (11pm - 6am). Guests will be charged any fines received from the HOA for not following this policy.
Per HOA regulations all guests must provide the following information:
Name on the reservation
Booking guest email
Make/model of all vehicles to be at the property
PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST any of the pool settings and reach out to the host with any pool issues.
NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call the cops if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the cops are called, there will be a $750 fine
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME
NO SHOES: help us keep the floors in good shape by removing shoes while inside please :)
NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)
NO PETS OF ANY KIND!

The property was as described and met expectations. Everything was in working order and the stay was adequate for our needs. Communication was straightforward, and check-in went smoothly. Overall, a functional and satisfactory experience.

I loved this house. We come to Phoenix a couple times a year for week long stays and I really enjoyed this house the most. There is room for everyone to have their own space, working space if you are working on this trip like I did, a great outdoor space with an outdoor tv. The pool was perfect for the hot summer days! The house is beautifully decorated! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I took a few evening walks and was greeted with waves and hellos. Safe area with good restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, etc nearby and not a far walk if needed. The host is responsive and great to work with. I would definitely book again!

For our purposes, house is in a great location, always clean and welcoming. Host's go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. This is our second time and we still like everything about it.
