.94 of land, excellent location on Kenai peninsula. Easily accessible with an abundance of wildlife. Large parking area for boats, snowmobiles and trailers. Large lawn, beautiful gardens, covered decks, and many trees. Five minutes south of Soldotna in a quiet neighborhood. Only 70 miles from Homer, 11/2 hours from Seward, and 20 minutes to groomed trailhead to caribou hills. Close to Kasilof and Kenai rivers

The check-in was nice and simple. Showed me were where everything was just incase i needed anything. The kitchen had all the basics that you need. To cook a good meal.

The owners were very nice. The place looked very clean, linens were clean and smelled nice, but the master bedroom smelled like cat pee. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies.
