One of the home’s biggest location advantages is its proximity to Osceola Heritage Park, less than 1 mile away, making it an excellent choice for guests attending sporting events, concerts, rodeos, shows, competitions, and other events at the Heritage Park complex.

The living room features comfortable leather seating and a flat-screen TV, with an open layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Amenities include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, and other essential small appliances, along with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and more.
The dining area features a table with seating for 6, along with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

An additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for Bedrooms 3 and 4 and other guests.

Enjoy your own private screened swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the theme parks or spending a relaxing afternoon at home.
The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining set with seating for 6, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
POOL HEAT:
Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.
GAME ROOM:
The garage has been converted into a game room where family and friends can enjoy foosball, pool, and air hockey.
It’s a great additional entertainment space for days at home or evenings after visiting the parks.
LAUNDRY:
The home includes a private washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.
PARKING:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. The driveway measures approximately 15 feet by 26 feet.
Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street, blocking any portion of the sidewalk, or parked on the grass may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Commercial vehicles and trailers are also prohibited.

Communication was great. House has everything you could want/need. We really enjoyed the pool during hot afternoons; it was refreshing and very clean. Only issues we had was the dryer vent snagged and tore some pieces of our clothing. Two bedrooms the linens had sand/dirt between the sheets upon check-in. The location of the house was wonderful!
