Luxury Villas-Casa De Petrus-All Three Villas with Basketball & Pickleball Court

This property is beautiful! If you want a luxurious, fabulous, high-end property in St Thomas - I highly recommend staying here!! The amenities are great, with nice design touches throughout the property (waterfalls, swim up pool, etc.). And the view. Well, the view is extraordinary! We rented all three villas, but really all three individual villas are wonderful. If any issues at all, just contact property manager and everything is resolved immediately. Very professional. Everything is relatively close to the villas, but you'll need either a taxi or car rental. The host can provide recommendations. I used JJ Taxi (also recommended by the host), which was great! JJ Taxi provided a personalized tour of St Thomas, (with pick up directly from the villas), and taxi arrangements to and from restaurants. I also recommend dive in catering for chef services. We had daily breakfast from the chef, and it just added that extra amount of lux to our travel and birthday celebration. Visit this property and safe travels!!

It was our first time staying on St. Thomas. The host answered all my questions regarding the island services with helpful information in a timely manner. The accommodations themselves were stellar. As an architect I appreciated the floor plans. We rented all three villas-it gave our family members privacy while at the same time we could hang out together. And we had wanted a location close to the ferry to go to St. John. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and did a thorough job-it is quite the task to clean and do the laundry for what is essentially three houses.

We had the absolute best time at Casa de Petrus! The place and view were unbelievable. Everything was spotless & the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great wedding weekend.

Fabulous, Perfect, Eden in Paradise!!!!!!There are so many wonderful things to say about Casa De Petrus, it is difficult to know where to start.The property is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Gorgeous views from everywhere. We rented all 3 villas that shared an enormous patio with luxuriously outdoor furniture and jaw dropping views. Each villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 with spectacular views of the islands, cruise boats and Grand Bay.The property is IMMACULATE. Cleaned to perfection.The property is FABULOUSLY APPOINTED. Condiments, kleenex, laundry detergent, silverware, blenders, coffee makers, food processors, out door grill, 3 pools, enough folding beach chairs for everyone, beach towels, bath towels, extra linens, basketballs, pickleball equipment, Corn Hole equipment.....And if it wasn't there when we arrived, a single phone call brought it to us 9we requested a vacuum cleaner and a brand new one arrived the next day.SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR! Jennel, our property manager was just a text away. Whatever we needed was provided within hours with friendliness and competence. One of the bedrooms had an A/C leak discovered on the afternoon of December 31st, and a crew arrived in the afternoon of NEW YEARS EVE!COOL RECREATIONAL SPACE. The property has a full pristine Pickle Ball Court and glass backboard basketball hoop, Corn Hole set and miniature gold.
