About this villa rental
Holiday home 20 km from Puebla de Don Fadrique - Huéscar, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.
The house is set in a massive plot in the Sierra de la Sagra, where two other properties and the guardian's house are also located. The country house is accessible through a gorgeous redwood forest, meaning that this is the ideal place to disconnect and recharge your batteries.
The rental place is located on the ground floor of a larger house, although the 5-people holiday home will be completely private for the guests who rent it.
The rustic charm of the accommodation permeates all rooms. In the house, you will find a dining-living room with an imposing fireplace and comfortable sofas, a well-equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each, whereas the third bedroom features one single bed.
The house is provided with central heating and fans.
The outdoor area welcomes a large porch with a dining table and a lovely, perfectly maintained garden. In addition to contemplating the impressive lawn space, you can also make the most of the sports courts and the fully private swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of the people who rent the house.
Please note that barbecues are not allowed, due to the house's location in the forest.

bon je commence par le propriétaire Alfonso personne super-gentil et à l'écoute .
Maison charmant style rural nous avons été fin juillet début août vraiment pas besoin de clim la maison est très fraîche.
Belle pelouse bien entretenue devant la maison
Avec piscine à l'écart à peu près à 100 m de la maison à l'eau de source magnifique aucun traitement au chlore .
Bon pour le terrain de paddle penser à ramener les raquettes avec la balle ce qu'on n'avait pas penser à ramener .
tellement l'endroit et beau magnifique la vue du mont sagra à couper le souffle avec des faons et des cerfs a profusion et sans oublier les magnifiques arbres les Sequoias qui ont à peu près 500 ans et le dernier jour cerise sur le gâteau Alfonso nous a proposé une excursion en 4X4 avec toute la famille pour visiter le terrain immense ce qui a pris au moins 2 heures très beau paysages j'espère pouvoir réitérer cette expérience

En quete de calme, tranquilite amoureux de la nature rendez vous chez le Senior Alfonso . Croyez moi il sera tres bien vous recevoir lui ainsi que sa famille et son personnel tant serviable que discret merci la famillia a tres bientot

Supero todas nuestras expectativas de descanso, desconexion y de disfrutar del entorno. Es un paraje único, que sin duda merece la pena conocer, sobre todo con la suerte de cooncidir con Alfonso, propietario de la finca, su amabilidad, predisposición y pasión por la zona, hizo que disfrutasemos de cada detalle, dejándonos un gran y bonito recuerdo de nuestra estancia. Sitio donde nos gustaría volver. Las fotos de la web no hacen justicia de lo que realmente te encuentras en la zona.
