Located in Barcelona’s old city, 150 meters from Barceloneta Beach, surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants, and close to the Barceloneta Market, this 35-square-meter apartment is very bright, newly renovated, and furnished.
It features a spacious living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. It is located on the 3rd floor of a typical Barceloneta building with no elevator and narrow stairs. The apartment’s balcony offers a side view of the sea.

Check-in Fees:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.

🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
