The wall fireplace ensures cozy evenings. Top equipped kitchen, open to the living area. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and smart TV. In the third bedroom comfortable sofa bed (mat 1.60 x 2.00m) desk, Smart TV. There are 2 shower rooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a 90x90 shower. Large roofed sun balcony with dining table, 2 recliners (lift-up position) and 2 footstools. Great water view of the Szczecin Lagoon. In the front part of the grounds large playgrounds for children, barbecue areas, boule alley.
