Absolutely Gorgeous Views! This 5th floor Gulf front corner unit has a very large private balcony that spans the family and dining areas and wraps around the corner to the kitchen area. You’ll love watching the sun rise and set over the Gulf from this balcony or from anywhere in the open floor plan. Unobstructed views both east and west, all the way down the beach as far as your eyes can see. And from your balcony, you can watch the boats come in and out of the pass.
You are guaranteed a memorable vacation when you stay in this fabulously furnished and decorated, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. Comfortable seats in the living area make it an ideal place to spend time, and there is a 58-inch flatscreen television with a DVD/Blu-ray player and a free Netfllix access for guests.
In the gourmet kitchen are gleaming stainless steel appliances, a flat-top range, and a beautiful tile backsplash. All the cooking tools you need for making meals are at your fingertips, and the long breakfast bar has four stools. The dining table has six chairs, and there is a table and chairs on the balcony, so you can also eat there, while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
Your master bedroom suite offers a King-size bed and flatscreen television with a DVD/Blu-ray player and free Netfllix access. The master bathroom features a tall vanity counter and double sinks, with a separate combined tub and shower room. The master also has a 2nd large private balcony.
Both of the guest bedrooms have flatscreen televisions, and unobstructed views of the beach from their windows. The first guest room has two full-size beds, while the second one provides a Queen-size bed. There is a 2nd full bath in the hall which has been tastefully decorated. Loved the beach and the accessibility to a beautiful beach. Pools were nice. Very family friendly. More than enough room for our family.

Overall very nice location and clean, only issues where dryer makes a louf banging noise when operating, laundry room sliding door broken upon arrival and broken trim piece on balcony door

The condo needs a little updating. The sliding glass door to the patio from the living area had a severe problem where a piece that goes down the middle broke. I called the property manager and they sent a maintenance guy up there who will probably have to have a company come out there and fix it later on this week at some point. The washing machine was horrendous. We would wash, and no matter what we put in there when it got down to close to the spin cycle, it shook and reverberated throughout the entire condo, and the noise was very loud, and there was every single washing. Both bathrooms the toilet seats came off. Other than that we had a really great time.
