Set within its own private gardens in the heart of South west Samui. Villa "Baan Suaan Serenity" is a spacious yet cosy 300 square metre two floor villa home with a good size family pool.
Ideally suited for families, friends, groups or simply people wishing to get away from the more busy holiday areas.
Our villa is fully serviced on daily basis. Bedding and towels are changed after every 3 days unless otherwise requested.
There are four bedrooms in all .All of which are ensuite.
The bedrooms ALL have king size beds and are spacious enough that an extra bed or cot can be placed in any bedroom upon request.
The normal bedroom layout is 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. We can also add 2 extra beds if required. We also have up to three baby cots (free of charge)
The living area is very spacious yet comfortable. In soft pastel yellows and greens which work in harmony with the tropical garden. Simply relax, on either of the italian leather sofas whilst viewing the 55 inch "smart" tv, which comes with Ip tv, having over 300 channels in English, French, Russian and Thai. A dvd player is also provided.
The three metre long solid wood dining table is set by the patio windows leading out to the main pool, sala, terrace and front garden. There are also relaxing reading and games areas .
At the rear of the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a central cooking isle. This kitchen is very modern and fully equipped having a large fridge freezer. Where you will find chilled complimentary water, some local beers(chargeable) as well as very chilled glasses. There is also a wine bar with a good selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas and ground coffee are offered(there is an espresso machine), these are replenished daily. The rear of the house has a large terrace with an outdoor dining table as well as some comfortable seating overlooking the rear garden and our lotus pond.
This area is a perfect breakfast point or good for simply relaxing over a drink in the evening.
To help you get over the guilt from over indulging on the wonderful local Thai cuisine on offer nearby, our air-conditioned fitness room is equipped with an electronic resistance bicycle, electric elliptical, lateral press an adjustable multi use bench and dumbells.
There are also Yoga mats and we can arrange for yoga or fitness lessons if requested.
The salt water pool is over 8 metres long and from 1 metre to 1.8 metres deep.The large pool side terrace is ideal for sunbathing .There is an old traditional Thai style wooden sala(seats ten ) that can be used for welcome shade in the afternoon or also as an ideal dinning area for when you make use of the BBQ on offer. Again its also ideal for simply an evenings relaxation by the pool.
The location is an ideal family hide-away as it is a very peaceful nature filled area very close to three beautiful,yet quiet beaches and the local beachside fisher-mans village of Thong Krut.
Thong Krut has quite a few international restaurants and bars as well as the local Thai beach cafes. The area runs most pf theregular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions as well as having a local mini-market and organic coffee shop

The Villa is really nice with all the things you need. Very calm surroundings. We got all the help that we could expect from Stephen (and a little more than that). Stephen is very quick in replying to any questions.

After an 18-hour journey from the UK with two small children, we could not have arrived at a better equipped property.
Stephen welcomed us with a fridge full of complimentary essentials before showing us around the beautiful open plan property, demonstrating the various entertainment systems, climate controls and complimentary mobile phone and scooter. Staff arrive daily to clean and restock the house and garden and Stephen is always contactable to help with any queries. When we checked out we left some items at the property by mistake. Stephen delivered them to us on the north of the Island free of charge a couple of days later.
The area of the island the property is located in is away from the built up tourist hubs and is lovely. The nearby town of Thong Krut has numerous restaurants and a 7/11 and Lamai is only 20 mins in the car or a cab. The surrounding beaches are minutes away and beautiful, both on the South coast and the Southern half of the West coast, and boats can be hired to take you to other Islands for day trips and snorkeling.
The house may not be situated right on the beach but it is only minutes away, its gardens and pool are lovely and do you really want all that sand inside?
If and when we go back to Koh Samui, we will certainly be getting in touch with Stephen again as the standard of the property and value for money would be very hard to beat.

This is a fantastic, beautifully decorated villa in a quiet area of Koh Samui. Looks exactly like the photos. Absolutely first class place, no complaints whatsoever. Has all the amenities you need for a stay, toiletries, complimentary food items in Kitchen including more fruit than you can eat! Aircon throughout. Very spacious. Extremely clean. Great pool. I especially liked the house plants and I loved exploring the garden and all the wildlife. Two different heron species visited the pond and pool and numerous other bird and insect species were spotted in the garden. Could not recommend highly enough!
