The property is spacious and attractive with many lovely updates and modern amenities, the kitchen and bathrooms are all well-equipt with deluxe high-end fixtures. also great location that is in a quiet family neighborhood walking distance to many restaurants and other businesses. We spent two weeks there for a family gathering, and we felt very safe there. Also management was always friendly and quick to respond to any concerns.My only disappointment was that the property has a downstairs apartment and sound travels freely into the smaller upstairs bedroom, and although the house rules are that quiet time is after 10 PM, the downstairs guests were not always able to comply. To be fair it was not every night, and the management did speak to them several times, which did help, but then it would happen again. I am confident they will get the problem resolved.Despite these things I think we were lucky to find such a spacious and well-located home, and I felt the price was reasonable considering all the positive attributes.
