Had a wedding in the area and it worked out great for an extended weekend stay. had one small housekeeping issue when we go there but Kevin was excellent and very prompt getting it taken care of. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area.

Very clean cottage with a prefect view of Seneca Lake. The cottage is about 4 miles from Hobart and William Smith College. The only negative is the showers don’t have grab bars and the steps are tricky for those with mobility issues. There was one other oddity with the mirror over the bathroom sink. Many will need a step stool to be able to use it since it is very high up on the wall. Otherwise, perfect!

Enjoyed stay. Beds down stairs were hard and caused lack of sleep. Could use bed toppers. Would stay again.

We had no heat but the property owner did everything he could and did bring space heaters, but this should have been checked before we arrived. Also the listing stated there was a fireplace and there was not. It was a beautiful setting and cozy house.
