About this villa rental
contemporary villa of 275m² located in height on a scrub of land with panoramic views overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, overlooking the Sanguinaires Islands.
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms and private balconies, a large bright living room. An infinity pool secured by a rolling shutter, wooden deck, barbecue, scrub land and abundant vegetation near the villa.
It has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, everything you need to cook). Guests can also enjoy a TV room with a central fireplace for low season or the few days of bad weather.
Linens, towels are provided. A washer and dryer are also available. The house cleaning and pool maintenance are included in the rental and are made weekly.
The villa is close to beaches (10 minute walk to the nearest). Restaurants, shops, water activities nearby. The airport is only 15 minutes from the house, the port of Ajaccio is 20 minutes. The agency in charge of the house is 5 minutes and can answer all your domestic order issues in case of problems.
So you can enjoy a pleasant setting for your holiday with family or friends.

My family and I stayed in the Villa for ten days and everything was great. The house is very big and very clean. We even got a present basket with delicate food and products of Corsica from our landlord when we arrived. The kitchen is fully provided with everything you need to cook or to prepare food. There are also basics like salt, peper, olive oil,... available. The rooms are really nice, two of them with an amazing view over the bay of Ajaccio. The same view you have in the kitchen, living room, dinning room and of course from the terrace and the pool.
The Villa is located in the middle of a small hill with houses around you. Its really quiet, no disturbing noises from streets or anything else.
We really enjoyed our stay there and would like to come back sometime... Thank you!
