Relax on the sunny beaches during the day or enjoy some of the memorable activities in the area, including horseback riding on the beach, surf lessons, bike rentals, and visiting our award-winning spa! Our beachfront 2600 sq. ft. house is located at the only 4 Diamond Resort in the Outer Banks and our lovely 3 Bedroom House is perfect for you. It features:
• 1st & 2nd Bedrooms: king beds, linens included
• 3rd Bedroom: 2 Single beds, linens included
• Living Areas: sleeper sofa, TV, armchairs, coffee table, seating for 6+ people
• 3 Bathrooms: full bathrooms, robes, toiletries, hairdryer, towels, in-suite washer & dryer
• Outdoor Space: 2 fully furnished porch spaces to watch the sunset
• Kitchen: breakfast island, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, in-suite coffee machine

• Places to See: Explore Duck’s scenic boardwalk, historic lighthouse, aviation memorial, charming shoppes, cozy cottage, sailing adventures, and creative art classes—all in one vibrant community.

We spent a week at the Swan House located on the Sanderling resort property. The house was perfect for our group! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Access to the resort was great and tons of amenities to choose from. Overall we had a great week, except the weather! We weren’t able to use all of the amenities of the resort, beach access, pools, outdoor stuff so we are hoping to go back and have the opportunity to enjoy when the sun is shining

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Duck. We first rented a house at the Sanderling Resort. The house was clean and orderly. We did have a small issue and when we talked to the front desk they immediately took steps to make things right. We look forward to going back during warmer weather.
