At the end of an old manor house partly restored semi-detached cottage (owners on site) very well equipped very close to Chinon. Ground floor: living room-lounge-equipped kitchen (sofa, TV, 3-burner induction hob, etc.), toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), shower room (hairdryer), toilet. Baby equipment (playpen, bottle warmer, bed, bathtub, deckchair). WIFI connection. Electric heating (included in the price). Enclosed courtyard (terrace, garden furniture, plancha), parking opposite the property. Non-smoking accommodation. What an ideal location, in the Land of Rabelais, near the Royal Fortress of Chinon, a must-see place in Touraine! On the edge of the Chinon forest, a huge forest massif, your cottage offers peace and comfort for a most pleasant stay. Very well equipped, its living room opens onto a pretty terrace in a secure interior courtyard ideal for young children. With independent access (the owners live on the property), your cottage is located at the end of a partly restored old manor house. The Loire à Vélo route is a few kilometers away and will be an opportunity to enjoy the landscapes and nature so generous in our region. In addition to the magnificent town of Chinon, you will find historical highlights very close by: the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, Monsoreau, Saumur with its castle and Cadre Noir, Candes-St-Martin one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, Rigny-Ussé, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau… A great program in perspective.
