About this house rental
A stunning private 5200 square foot custom home is on a half acre 10 minutes to the Strip! Recently remodeled, new furniture and beds. Two very large master bedrooms, walk-in closets, flat screen televisions and more! The main Master has a jacuzzi tub, fireplace and a separate entrance for additional privacy. All of the bedrooms are huge. The backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub, waterfall, fire pit, fire table and grill. Large gorgeous chef's kitchen, WiFi and sound system throughout the home and more. This house is not in a typical residential neighborhood with houses on top of you, this is custom community with half acre lots or larger, very few neighbors. Do not be fooled by these cramped track homes with tiny bedrooms and photoshopped pictures, this is the real thing with huge rooms and high ceilings .
From the moment you walk on the property you realize the possibilities of comfortably relaxing, cooking and entertaining. WiFi is available and the whole house (inside and out) offers a sound system, allowing you the opportunity to connect your music devices.
The chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook at home...just one trip to the nearby grocery store for fresh and specialty items is all that's required. We provide glassware, stemware, flatware, dishes, multiple pots and pans (including roasting pan), serving platters and bowls, bakeware, utensils, gadgets, plasticware for storing left-overs, plastic wrap, foil and built-in wine rack. Additionally we provide herbs and spices, and the refrigerator is loaded with condiments. Also available are Ninja blender, Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, crock pot, and rice cooker. All major appliances are upgraded, including an oversized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The two large dining tables inside can accommodate up to 16 people.
The living and family rooms offer lots of seating and space to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family.
Your outdoor entertaining options include BBQ grill, poolside dining with seating for up to 22 people, outdoor living room, and covered patio with ceiling fans and lights. The pool and spa are heated so you can enjoy our lovely weather day and night. The pool is heated free with solar. In the winter months the pool may not be warm enough and you have the option to heat the pool with propane for an additional fee. The spa is always free. We provide chaise lounge chairs plus extra chairs and pool towels. You can also gather around one of two fire pits, wood-burning and gas fire pits if the nights get chilly.

There is a Vons grocery store 4 minutes away (1.7 miles) and a large shopping center 5 miles away with a Walmart, Sam's Club and more. There is also a Costco 11 miles away via freeway. Security cameras are provided outside the house for your safety and protection.

We’d absolutely book again! We loved everything about the house. The location and size were perfect. It was spotless, well equipped and offered great privacy. Dan was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a really great time! The house was fully stocked, clean and big enough for everyone to enjoy themselves. The backyard was wonderful with green space, a pool and hot tub and lots of places to sit and visit. Definitely recommend and we will be back if we ever need a space this big for another family gathering.
