About this house rental
Two-story house on the first line. It has two bedrooms, separate living room with flat TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with newly renovated shower tray and typical Canarian interior patio. On the ground floor it has a terrace of 60 m2 with direct access to the sea and with shower. It has sun loungers to enjoy the solarium, as well as everything you need to enjoy your stay. Free Wifi and cleaning service on request.

Very good location and nice house with loads of space

The place is located in the busy centre of El Médano and has a lot of space and an interesting architecture. You live very close to the sea and you hear the waves while sleeping. The balcony can be used if the sea is calm. Stunning view and magic moments. The surrounding can be loud. People singing next door on public benches🎶. Take some earplugs😉
We used the patio a lot, well protected from wind and waves. The balcony we could not use to hang out in the evening. The waves where to high and we would get wet.

It fulfilled all our expectations. Everything you need is in the house, even small amounts of salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. The access to the sea is great. It is also well located for further discovering of the island. We just mist quietness during the nights because of party place around the corner and in the morning because of street cleaners.

Another lovely stay.
A return visit to the property lived up to our expectations.
Warm welcome as usual from Ana started off our stay with a smile.
The house is in an ideal location in the middle of the town but when you are on the patio you feel like you are out at sea as the waves lap up!!
I’m sure we will go back again.
