Our Luxury Villa is a Spectacular and Historical Villa located in Positano, on the Amalfi Coast. This Luxury Multi-Story Villa has three Magnificent Terraces with Amazing Sea Views, an Infinity Pool and Lush Garden. The Magnificent Villa is complete with 8 Main Bedrooms and 4 Attic Rooms, accommodating up to 24 people, 15 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Rooms and multiple Sea Facing Balconies and Terraces as well as a lovely alfresco dining area and an Infinity Pool gazing out at the vast horizon of Positano Beach. Our luxury villa offers the ideal accommodations for families and groups of friends dreaming of the full Amalfi Coast Experience.



The Space

This Dream Amalfi Coast Villa is set on Three Floors with 8 Double Bedrooms and 4 Attic Rooms all which include En-Suite Bathrooms and a Balcony with Spectacular Sea Views and Seating Area. Each bedroom has been designed to offer guests sublime comfort and exceptional quality with first class bed linen and far-reaching views across the sea, as well as being decorated with exquisite antiques and period paintings. The Large Terrace area is complete with Infinity Pool, Lounge Chairs and Al Fresco Dining where you can admire the spectacular views of Positano beach and the Blue of the Mediterranean Sea

Ground Floor

The ground floor features the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, four toilets, and the main terrace, where meals can be enjoyed. This terrace is sheltered by an adjustable shade, providing protection from both rain and sun. Additionally, three heaters are available on the terrace for added comfort during colder times. Access from this level leads to the pool area and garden.



Kitchen and Dining Areas

The living area is on the Ground floor and has an amazing, fully-fitted kitchen complete with all sorts of modern appliances and two spacious indoor dining rooms where you’ll also find an additional 2 Bathrooms. Here you can also access the Pool and Garden area.



Private Terrace, Garden and Swimming Pool

Enjoy some well deserved relaxation and quality time with your loved ones, family or friends while admiring the spectacular views of Positano beach and the Blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The Terrace is fully furnished with a large outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals ‘Al Fresco’ as well as a large lush garden complete with citrus fruit trees where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. You can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the Infinity Pool and bask in the sunlight on lovely lounge chairs. The terrace is also covered by a shade that protects from the rain and from the sun, it can be easily closed if not needed. On the terrace there are also 3 heaters to warm up the area during the coolest seasons.

Guest Access

When staying at the Villa you will have complete access to the whole Luxury Villa including the Sea View Terrace, outside balcony areas and Private Swimming Pool. The villa is composed of 8 double rooms and 4 attic rooms, accommodating up to 24 people, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, safe, minibar, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The villa has 3 magnificent terraces, one on each floor, all facing the sea, it also has an infinity pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the sun!

Our Villa with Magnificent View on the Amalfi Coast & Pool is located on a hill, approximately 150 steps above street level, and just a 10-minute walk from the city center. For added convenience, guests can also enjoy a comfortable private elevator that provides direct access from street level straight into the villa.

Parking

Parking is not available on-site and the villa can be reached via a pedestrian path with steps.

The villa does not have a private parking, we collaborate with an external provider, the cost is €30 per day for a regular car and €50 per day for a van or a bigger car. They also provide a valet service.
