About this apartment rental

Beachfront apartment of approximately 70 m², just steps from the central market. This apartment is located on the seafront promenade, in a period building on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It comprises an entrance hall and a living room with two small balconies facing the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic and gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A separate toilet is also included.

The first bedroom has a small balcony facing the sea and a double bed (180x200 cm - two 90x200 cm mattresses and bed bases joined together). The second bedroom, which serves as an office, has a double sofa bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (two 90x190 cm beds and one 90x190 cm bed). Linens are not provided. Apartment 125 has free Wi-Fi.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or bank check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €120.
