This was a spacious property that had been well-maintained and had what we needed. It was a little further out than we thought it would be, but that made it even more peaceful and pleasant. Everything was clean, and the pool area was nice, although it could have used a bit more shade.Nice to have a garage, but the minivan we rented seemed too large for it. (We didn't request a minivan, but it was the option we were provided at pickup.The only small complaint is that the front door required 2 hands to operate & we were both always carrying something in at least one hand, which made that a challenge. The VRBO instructions referred to it as a lockbox, but it was really a code that unlocked the top knob, then required holding it open while using the other hand to open the lower latching handle.The back balcony was so peaceful & we enjoyed watching the bunnies, lizards, quail, and other birds in the mornings and before dusk. We even saw some deer one morning on a walk. We would stay here again, even though it took 40 minutes to get to our family in Tucson.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of three. There were plenty of towels, dishes, pots pans, soap and paper items for our five night stay. The beds are in good condition and fairly firm. The balcony was the main attraction for us in selecting this rental. It is very private, full of sun and wildlife entertainment. We saw many birds, rabbits, deer and even a bob cat. The old golf cart paths were a bonus for our early morning walks. To use the pool you will need to walk out of this complex, down the sidewalk and into the next complex. It's a short, easy 5 min walk. The pool is clean, warm and included pool float items. The hot tub was great too. Walking back to the condo in the early evening we did encounter the warning rattle of a snake. It's very dark, we dldn't see it even with a flash light, luckily we were not in conversation and heard it. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. There are nearby restaurants and stores. This is a property we would love to return to.

Kelly was a great host! Very welcoming! Truly the nicest VRBO we've stayed in. All bedrooms were very roomy. The living room was large with very nice furnishings. Very pretty part of the city with a walking/biking path nearby. Kitchen well equipped. We'll be back.

Everything was wonderful. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful walking paths and beautiful pool. Communication with the host was fantastic! Can't wait to come back!
