This property met all my expectations! Very open and easy floor plan, great master bedroom and bath, and fenced in the backyard was perfect for my furry friend. Quiet neighborhood, and easy access to every place I wanted to go in Lake Havasu. Looking forward to staying there again!

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row. Great place, fenced yard, comfy furniture and beds. The hosts are very attentive and polite. We look forward to our next stay there.

Parking was great,host was great communicated well an when anything happend she was on top of it. The furniture could be a bit more updated but over all a comfy home and stay, left a lot of great tips on things to do, location, maps all in detail. It was all very appreciated. Quiet neighborhood, I would book again ! Thanks again Melissa!
