About this villa rental
Villa Beyaz Kelebek is one of the finest luxury villas on the Turkish Riviera — a breathtaking seafront retreat in Kisla, Kalkan. Perched above the sea with sweeping panoramic views, it features a large private infinity pool, a Jacuzzi terrace overlooking Kalkan bay, and generous outdoor spaces made for pure relaxation. Sun-drenched days, candlelit evenings with sea breezes, and one of Turkey's most beautiful coastlines await you.
**The Space**
Set on its own private plot, the villa sits elevated above the sea with pine and olive trees on the hillsides behind. Mature gardens filled with trees and flowering plants roll gently toward the water's edge.
The centrepiece is a spectacular travertine terrace with a large kidney-shaped infinity pool and submerged seating — all enjoying stunning panoramic sea views. Sun loungers surround the pool for the perfect day in the sun.
Gates from the road open onto a sloping driveway leading to the main entrance. Built across two floors with a beautiful curved façade, every room captures perfect views over the sea and Kalkan Town.
The main entrance opens into a lobby with a guest WC, flowing into a vast open-plan living area with cool veined marble flooring. The spaces wrap around the villa's curve — a fully fitted modern kitchen at one end, a spacious dining area in the centre, and a comfortable lounge with large sofas at the other end.
Patio doors along the curved front open onto shaded terraces, flooding the interior with sea views and Mediterranean light.
Upstairs, three generous double bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with direct sea views.
**Guest Access**
Sliding doors span the full frontage, opening onto the terrace, garden and pool — all looking directly out to sea. A shaded pergola with Turkish cushions, chairs and a table is perfect for reading, pre-dinner drinks, or an afternoon nap.
Several beach clubs are just minutes away, offering sun loungers, snacks and drinks. Kalkan harbour and its pebbled beach are a short stroll across the bay. The turquoise cove at Kaputaş is 10 minutes by car; the 18 km sandy beach at Patara is 20 minutes away — with regular bus services to both.
**The Neighbourhood**
A quiet, beautiful setting with crystal-clear water moments from the villa. Breakfast spots, cafés and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance.

Kalkan village is just across the bay, with a boat running every 30 minutes.

Amazing sea front villa with everything for a luxurious stay in the wonderful Kalkan! Pool, jacuzzi and sea platform gave a range of options for swimming, relaxing and turtle watching! Bayez Kelebek is well equipped and looked after brilliantly by the housekeeping team. Communication with Hans was excellent! We had the most fantastic holiday and stayed in the best villa in town!😊

This villa is fabulous. The outside areas and gardens are stunning and beautifully maintained. The interior of the villa is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, we have never stayed in a villa that has such a well-equipped kitchen! The location and views are lovely, and we particularly enjoyed getting the ferry over from the beach club to Kalkan in the evenings. The owner is very responsive and helpful and gave useful contacts for arranging our transfers and a private boat charter. We very much look forward to returning as soon as we can.

We certainly weren't disappointed with any aspect of this villa. The pictures don't do it justice, it is beautifully presented and has everything you could ask for. We hired a chef to cook one night and he agreed it had one of the best equipped kitchens he had ever cooked in. The cleaning and gardening were carried out efficiently and we were very pleased that the inside was cleaned twice and linens changed as this is something you don't often get on a weekly rental. Communication with the owners was great and the information provided was very detailed and covered everything we needed. No wonder this villa is booked up for weeks to come - it would be hard to top it - if you want a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, well equipped, with lush gardens and it's own dock by the water to relax on- this should be your number one choice

Everything about this villa is lovely. The view alone is breathtaking. We were extremely Impressed with the level of facilities within and around the villa. The hillside seating and dining area, and the direct access to the sea with private access just added to the beautiful pool area. This rates as the best villa we have stayed in on our several trips to Kalkan. Located at the very end of Kisla, the view across to Kalkan with the mountains behind is something that will stay with you always. Kalkan is easily accessible by taxi or water taxi with prices very low. With the people of Kalkan so warm and welcoming you will leave as a friend. Kalkan is our happy place, and Villa Beyaz Kelebek will not disappoint in any way. We feel so lucky to have managed to get our holiday to Kalkan this year, thank you Hans for the communication from you in the lead up. We had an excellent holiday, stay at this Villa and you will as well.
